Delivery Options

1. DELIVERY OPTIONS

Below are descriptions of delivery timing options. All available options will appear in a menu within your shopping cart. Look for the line item titled DELIVERY TIME AND CHARGE.

A. Standard Delivery Service

With Standard Delivery Service, you will be presented with one or more of the following timing options.

8am-2pm
9am-3pm
10am-4pm

The delivery will arrive during this time frame if the order is destined to a business, hospital, hotel, banquet hall, or school. 

 

We are unable to provide surprise delivery service. Our balloons must be accepted by someone at the residence, in person.

 

Balloons cannot be dropped off or unattended, even if a request is submitted with the order.

The delivery charge will appear when an item is added to your shopping cart, allowing you to see the grand total before proceeding with the order. The delivery charge will not increase as more balloons are added to your cart.

To qualify for delivery service, your order must include a minimum order of $44.95 worth of balloons/weights (gift items, delivery charge, processing fee, and tax are not included in this minimum).

B. Same-day Service
Same-day service is available, however, this must be ordered by phone.

Same-day orders will be delivered by 4pm if submitted by 11am local time. If the order is submitted after 11am local time, it will be delivered by the next day. The exception to these times is a delivery to a residential location that is not a doorman building. The actual delivery time to residential addresses without doorman service will be coordinated by a phone call made to the recipient.

 

C. Delivery Requirements

For all deliveries we must have a current contact number for the recipient or a contact number at the delivery destination to confirm the delivery details before preparing the order. We will notify you in the event we are unable to make contact with the recipient on the delivery day and time. In such cases, an additional delivery charge will apply to complete the delivery. Undelivered orders will not refunded as all sales are final.

D. Balloon Releases

​

We do not offer balloons for release. We would to love to help you find a safe and responsible alternative for your next event.

2. OVERVIEW OF TOTAL CHARGES
The product prices on our web site are base prices to which ancillary charges will be added.

Ancillary charges will appear in your shopping cart and will include one or more of the following:

- Delivery Charge
- Processing Fee
- Sales Tax
